Yenkasa (the “App”) is operated by Yenkasa Soft-O-Tech. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Summary

Yenkasa is a community-driven social platform for discovering local and interest-based communities, sharing content, and earning YKC rewards for meaningful engagement. Messaging is available but secondary. We never sell your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: name, username, email, phone number, profile photo, posts, media you upload, public profile details.
• Contacts: if you grant permission we may read your contacts to help you connect (optional, not required).
• Location: if permitted, coarse or precise location used only for sharing/location previews and community discovery.
• Automatically collected: device info (model, OS), app usage, IP address, crash logs, advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID).

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and operate community discovery, feed, posting, rewards, and optional chat.
• Deliver personalized or contextual content and ads.
• Detect abuse, spam, fraud and reward manipulation.
• Analytics and performance improvements.
• Fulfill legal requests and protect rights.

4. Ads & Advertising Partners

Yenkasa uses Google AdMob to display ads (banner, native, rewarded). AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and app interaction data for ad delivery and measurement.

• Personalized Ads: Ads tailored based on interests and app usage.
• Non-personalized Ads: Contextual ads that do not use interest signals.
• Rewarded Ads: Watching optional rewarded ads may earn YKC. Rewards issuance is subject to verification and fraud checks.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of ads personalization via your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We may share limited data with:

• Google (AdMob, Firebase) — advertising, analytics, crash reporting
• OneSignal — push notifications
• Pusher — real-time events
• Third parties only as necessary for platform features or legal reasons

We do not sell personal information.

6. Storage & Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• We retain data only as necessary for operations and legal obligations.
• We implement reasonable security controls to protect data.

7. Data Subject Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Account deletion will remove your profile and content per our data retention policy. Contact [email protected] to request deletion.

8. Children

Yenkasa is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Reward System (High-level)

Yenkasa rewards users with YKC for creating and engaging with meaningful content and for optional interactions with sponsored ads. The reward system is governed by eligibility rules, verification checks, and anti-abuse measures. We do not disclose algorithmic scoring or internal formulas publicly.

We may update this policy. We will post the new policy on this page with an updated date.
